By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before purchasing a print.
1. About us
Jackhammer Graphics sells art prints online.

2. Our prints
The prints shown on this website are based on Jack's original artwork.
We do our best to show each print as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and printing process.
Frames, mounts and display items shown in photos are not included.
3. Orders
When you place an order through this website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Once your order is received, we will arrange printing, packing and shipping.
As Jack's business is small and prints may need to be ordered from the printer before being shipped, orders are usually printed, packed and posted within 5-10 days business days after payment has been received.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be received before an order is processed.
Payment is currently made by bank transfer. After you send an order enquiry, we will confirm the total cost of your print, including any shipping charges, and send you an invoice with our bank details. Printing and shipping will be organised once payment has been received.
We may update prices from time to time. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price that applies to that order.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within Australia.
Shipping costs will be confirmed by email before payment. As order are currently placed by email enquiry, there is no checkout. We will confirm the total cost, including shipping and send an invoice with our bank details before printing and shipping your order.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the postage provider, public holidays, printer timeframes and other delays outside our control.

6. Returns, refunds and damaged items
Because prints are fragile and carefully packaged, we do not usually accept returns from change of mind.
This includes if you decide you no longer want the print, choose the wrong size or change your mind after ordering.
However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply. If your print is faulty, damaged, not as described or there is another problem with your order, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
If your print arrives damaged. please contact us as soon as possible at jack@jmplanning.com.au and include your name, order number if you have one and clear photos of the damaged print and packaging.
7. Changes or cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to change or cancel an order once printing, packing or shipping has started.
8. Copyright and artwork use
All artwork, images, designs, text and content on the website belong to Jackhammer Graphics / Jack Manion, unless otherwise stated.
When you buy a print, you are buying the physical print only. You are not buying the copyright or the right to copy, reproduce, scan, edit, resell, upload, distribute or use the artwork for commercial purposes.
Please do not use Jack's artwork without written permission.
10. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, copy its content without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We may update, change or remove website content at any time.

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date.
However, mistakes may occasionally occur, such as, typing errors, pricing errors, product availability changes orimage differences.
If we notice an error with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum intent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, third party service issues, website outages or delays caused by printers or delivery operators.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
