Each order is packed with care so your print arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia.

Orders are usually printed, packed and posted within 5-10 business days after payment is received.

As each print may need to be ordered from the printer before being shipped, please allow this processing time before your order is posted.

Delivery time is additional and will depend on your location, the postage service used, public holidays and other postal delays circumstances outside our control.

Packaging

Prints are carefully packaged to help protect them during delivery.

Depending n the size of the print, it may be sent flat in protective packaging or rolled in a mailing tube.

Damaged items

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on our website.

Please include:

your name
order number, if you have one
a short description of the damage
clear photos of the damaged print and packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.

Returns and refunds

Because prints are fragile and carefully packaged for delivery, we do not usually accept returns for change of mind. This includes if you decide you no longer want the print, choose the wrong size or change your mind after ordering it.

However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply. If your print is faulty, damaged, not as described or there is a another problem with your order please contact us so we can help resolve it.

Incorrect orders

If you receive the wrong print or there is an error with your order please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form.

We will work with you to fix the issue.
